Electronic Funds Transfer - EFT

Please email Farstone once payment has been made via EFT, Please remember to quote the payment amount and Order Reference Number when email to sales@farstone.com.au

Cheque

Farstone accepts company, bank cheques. But all Cheques are subject to clearance, normally taking three to four working days. Please mail your cheques to the address below:

Shipping & Delivery

Return Policy

All product returns require a RMA number, please contact
sales@farstone.com.au

The products that have the following conditions will not be accepted for return :

• Any product that has Physical Damage
• Any product that was not purchased from Farstone
• Any products without a valid readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, altered or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Software

Unopened software can only be returned for refund as an Unopened Product.
The following conditions are not accepted for return :

• Software items that have been opened
• Software items lacking the original package
• Downloadable Software Limited replacement only 30 days return policy
